Got this sent to me last night from France: early sending off against OM is suicide and they are expected to be first or 2nd in the league this season behind PSG. Di Zerbi has assembled a formidable forward line including Mason Greenwood who has already scored 5 goals in the 3 games played.
But he's the dogs nadgers it's all lies it just can't be true he is a future England leader and the best defender never to make it at Leeds.
Didn't it just warm your heart to see the fans acknowledge everything young Cody did for Leeds when he came on as sub. Personally, I think I need to give myself a good talking to, given the language I used.
Gelhardt was the next Rooney. Cresswell was the next club captain after Cooper. Dramah was the best right back in the Championship. Robbie Gotts was the new Bremner. We're also still waiting for Meslier to make his France debut.
He was my future Leeds captain. Wish he’d been given a chance earlier at Leeds as I’m positive he’d have flourished here.
So with posts made on this thread only, we were linked with the potential signing of 42 players, of which we actually signed 8, and it took on average 18 days for us to complete a transfer. The average length for the completion of the transfer of any player that we were connected to, was 22.5 days. of the remaining 34 1 remains a free agent 12 didn't move clubs 5 were loaned to other clubs 5 joined clubs on a free transfer 9 players were sold to other clubs for 82.9m Euros 2 players joined other clubs for undisclosed fees Of the 21 players who actually moved to other clubs 5 of the above joined Premier League Team 8 of the 21 joined clubs in the Championship, 4 of which joined Sheff Utd 1 took the arab money 2 joined clubs playing in the Champions League 2 joined clubs playing in the Europa League 1 joined a club playing in the Europa Conference League whilst the remaining 2 went to play in France's Ligue 1
Who did what in the transfer market ( any discrepancies to my previous postings are entirely my fault ) A total of €260m was spent by Championship clubs on signing new players, whilst €510m was raised from player sales. 261 players joined clubs in the Championship, whilst 290 players left to find another club. On average, each Championship club signed 11 new players and released/sold 12 players. Oxford signed the most (16), with Burnley, Hull and Portsmouth all signing 15 players. Burnley also released/sold the most players (21), with ourselves and Hull allowing 19 players to leave. Preston signed the fewest players (5), with Coventry next with 6 new signings. Millwall had the fewest players leave the club (4), followed by Preston, Coventry and Middlesborough with 7 each. Burnley, Norwich, ourselves and Hull were the only clubs to spend more than €20m on incoming transfers, with ourselves and Burnley being the only clubs to raise over €100m in player sales. Portsmouth spent the least on new signings, €1.1m, followed by Oxford €1.8m. Portsmouth, Oxford, Preston, Derby, Millwall, Coventry and Middlesborough, did not receive any transfer fees for players leaving. Coventry and Middlesborough, were the only 2 clubs with a deficit in transfer fees in excess of €10m, whilst Hull, Sunderland, Watford, Sheff Utd, Burnley and of course ourselves, were the only clubs who had a net positive in transfer fees over €10m
