Apparently Liam Cooper has had his Udders season long loan cancelled, due to him barely ever getting on the pitch.
Good. He was only sent there to get match time, waste of time staying if not getting any. Maybe he's playing this afternoon in the behind closed door friendly.
Is the behind closed doors friendly definitely on today, I thought it was yesterday? Do we know who we're playing?

Same that's why I'm happy at Liams return. I don't mind Macca at RB too much but at CB I just constantly need a **** like a celiac that's just eaten a loaf of bread.
so what is the story behind his perpetual failure? does he have such a bad attitude or is it (as once suggested) something to do with associations with the smack-rat?
He definitely got in trouble for hanging around with Jimmy, which has soured things at the club a bit, but I'm not sure that it's fair to say he's a perpetual failure. He didn't look out of his depth in the Premier League and if the dopey sod handn't punched a wall, he may well have been more involved for us when he got his previous opportunity. He's been unlucky with this loan, he went to one of the best performing teams in the country and having picked up a back injury two months ago, he's been unable to break back into the team. I actually think he's better than Hobbs and I'd be happy to see him given another shot.
He was, and that's what makes me worry even more. He just had his good game against Liverpool so we've got around 10 games of blunders before we can expect another.
only sent there to get match time and there was 2 january 2012 recall clauses anyway. now that they have taken alex bruce from TWS glad Liam is back. More cover for the back line. Good news.
I think the fact he managed to get over being completely destroyed by Torres at Anfield to get back in the team and actually hold is own at the top level, shows a lot about his character. I think his loan move must have been somewhat initiated due to his former discretionary and his association with JB, but he’s a very talented young player in a position that we do need cover for.
I thought Cooper played well against Arsenal when they beat us 2-1 at the KC. Which turned out to be Brownies last game as manager.
