Second half we looked like it suddenly clicked and we thought, yeah we belong, nothing to be scared of and we went at them!!
Agree 100%, we were the better team, more organised and posed a real threat. KM saw the same game,and now knows his newbies better, and who not to start! Very encouraged by today, more than a match for them, Omari well deserved mom.
I really enjoyed that,bearing in mind how many players are making their debuts we can only get stronger.Off the mark and out of the relegation zone. Everton are obviously imploding and I'm sure KMc has enough about him to make us better than at least two other sides. COYB!!!
First point on the board.. 39 to go. All going in the right direction, might need to focus on finding that second goal... Clean sheets might be asking too much.
Good performance and good result. We were good value in that second half I thought. Strong performances for most of the players - particularly Tuanzebe, Woolfenden, Morsy, Phillips, and Hutchinson. Ogbene was a bit anonymous, and Muric doesn’t reassure me. We spoke to a few Fulham fans on the train home - stereotypically nice and they thought we deserved all three points. They also think we’ll definitely stay up. The performance gives me more confidence we’ll be alright this season.
While I appreciate the honesty, I’m a stickler for the rules and only counting predictions made before the kick off. So, I’m not counting it - your 100% prediction record is intact.
Good performance. Wolfys best defensive display for a while. Morsy and Phillips were good centrally and Delap was superb. Muric worries me massively - think Burnley mugged us. £10m and hladky for muric - know who’s got the better deal there. 2 week international break now so get the players who are not on duty on the training pitch and work on combinations etc. keep playing like we did today and the wins will come
On a positive note I think Muric is stronger than Hladky and commands his area and comes for crosses more aggressively.He's not as good with his feet though and distribution needs work.
