He is not. Once the other lads are up to speed, I don't think he will make the bench much.
Jarvis is young and inexperienced at this level, he’s going to make mistakes. One thing he does have is the ability to get past defenders which is the golden skill that can’t really be taught, he can be coached on the defensive side of his game.
Obviously he’s got work to be done and necessary improvements to make but I think there’s a fair chance he makes a solid player of himself.
