Enjoyed that half, not at last week's levels, but very controlled and disciplined.

Jobe doing very well as the 'sitting' midfielder. Mayenda, Rigg and 09 doing very well

We have gears to go up

    Quite flat to be honest.

Hardly any chances but the build up to the goal was more like us.

These aren’t interested in making it a good game. Playing for a goalless draw. Hopefully we keep the lead

Nothing spectacular but again we're keeping Pompey at arms length. A couple of plays going forward we looked dangerous with Mayenda should've scored but he hit the target and the keeper made the save and when they tried to clear it, it cannoned into the Portsmouth player into the net. Jobe looking good in Dan Neil's role

Think it’ll be good for us in the long run if we can show different ways to win. Today may well be the weakest our squad looks all season.

I think it shows how fluid our midfield 3 is, we aren’t really using a “6” often it’s constantly changing from advanced to deep in and out of possession

Not poor, not great. Up to this point we've looked very comfortable though.

Sadly not watching today, promised the bairn going to a game in person so at the local non-league. Delighted with the score... how are we doing? Deserved lead?

Definitely. Think another reason we may not be pressing as high is that we have no real replacement midfielders on the bench.

Aye he's done well. Not really missing Neil that much which is a huge compliment as I absolutely love Dan Neil.

It’s scrappy. We’re playing against a physical side who aren’t interested in playing football. I’ll take a scrappy 1-0 and move on

We are so organised when we lose the ball, very impressed with what RLB is doing to the team shape in and out of possession

Test for Rigg second half. Needs to stay super disciplined on a yellow. I’d maybe think about Jones in the latter stages to protect him. Hopefully Browne talks him through it.
