Strong rumours coming from US that N Pearson is wanted and a request to speak to him will be lodged soon.
Heres hoping that its true cos we know how loyal he is.

They're going to offer Barmby £1m a year and £8m to spend in Jan. :emoticon-0136-giggl

For sure I think we can safely say they won't be casting eyes in the direction of Preston North End !

Only £8m, I don't think so, we don't deal in petty cash like some !

Still, one good thing, you can stop the personal abuse of our former manager now. It is possible we could poach your non manager, Nick Barmby, NOT !!!!!!!!

BIG club needs a BIG name manager !!!!

The £8m was an in joke, that's why you didn't get it.

PS - Your former manager was a talentless ****, I always said he was a talentless ****, I will continue to say so. <ok>

Which is exactly why Terry Dolan is perfect for you. :emoticon-0136-giggl

If they want a big name manager, I'd suggest Brian Little.

There's a big flaw in the "big club big name manager" statement. Can you figure it out?

Just found this gem, well nicked actually.

    "How lucky is Steve Bruce!!??

He gets sacked on the last day of November... and luckily for him, on the first day of December, all the Department stores have a few weeks work available for big fat, red faced blokes who love wearing red and white outfits!!"

oh i dont know. phil brown is ideal for sunderland. afterall he is one of there own

one things for sure now that Bruce has gone is that any chance of Brady going there will end now.

O'Neill or Hughes will have there eyes on much better. Sunderland need a forward or 2 and maybe a minor miracle.

Can anyone else understand why my thread on the Sunderland board, entitled 'Pumpkin Head' and including the comment "It couldn't have happened to a nicer chap", was renamed "The daft lads bin" and provoked a negative response, when their fans are all on there slagging him off and talking about the personal abuse his own fans gave him at the Wigan game last week?

'Nobody likes me, everyone hates me'...
