I think, on paper at least, they are the worst side other than the 3 promoted sides. Today will be a good indication of how we compare to them
Proper **** line up. Was getting excited again thinking it could be a good game. Seeing that.. can’t see us creating anything at all
Selles set us up not to lose. We all remember how that worked out! I get that a point in away fixtures are valuable, but let's be honest, we can't defend for ****. We're better off going for it. That's a really weak team that'll lose this 2-0
They’ve looked poor on paper for a PL team for years, but they’re very well run and effective at what they do. They did alright without Toney when he had his betting ban. Mbuemo and Wissa are still more dangerous than our attack.
I’m still very much of the opinion that the three promoted sides will go down pretty convincingly, like last season convincingly for Ipswich and Leicester and Derby convincingly for us, but agree that if any of us are to survive it will most likely be at the expense of Brentford
Yeah I think/hope the plan is to stay in the game and then make some changes if we go behind. Take a centre back off for Archer and play a 4-3-3. If we are winning/drawing with the back 3 then I don’t think we will change
I don't actually mind the "stay in the game and make changes later" strategy. Just make the changes early enough to make a difference. If it's still 0-0 approaching an hour get those subs on.
All depends how the games going. Gambling at 0-0 to try and win the game and then losing I don’t think is a good idea if you’re drawing and looking comfortable away from home. Of course if we under pressure and it’s a bit of luck we’re still in the game (see first half against Forest) then yeah you should do something.
Yep hope so. Said before, RM is very steady Eddie, rewards previous & brings in outfield newbies gradually. Not saying bad, just what he does.
Im on Now Sports 4, imagine the commentators are the same? Just was moaning about us playing it around at the back saying how stupid it is
