There are no goals in this team. We desperately need a striker. Why let Oscar go if we’re not getting one? Surely we will get one over the line?

 

Maybe Acun had told the brains the 'blow your socks off signing, numero uno' was 99.9% done and not to go out of their way to look at options...

 

If the club manage to announce a good striker without any leak whatsoever I'll be very impressed.

 

Are any of these wingers goalscorers like Philogene or will they just be crossing to nobody like we've been doing all season?

Well, there are ...but probably not enough I fear. It's good that we have 2 proper senior strikers at least. I agree, bit daft letting Oscar go if there isn't another coming in. #ticktock

 

I guess both have the potential based on what they've done in other leagues but wether they can in the championship who knows.

 

Not the end of the world. But, it will be very annoying if we close without a proven striker. We’ve had weeks to sort one out.

They need to appoint someone senior with experience to identify and sign players.
