I can see Che scoring either both of them or neither, depending on if he is in a transfer window or not :)

Great watch! Ok so some issues to sort out, defensively etc., but I remember watching the 4-4 game v Norwich at SMS and coming away thinking how much I’d enjoyed it despite the mistakes and goals against. Just hope some of the+’s of last night make it to the game v Brentford!!

Wasn’t there some hint that RS might be available for this game? Obviously didn’t happen but did RM mention pre or post match?

Don’t think so, I think he’s training now, but not sure if that’s full training with the squad yet

    Cardiff fan here.

Thoroughly enjoyed the game. I thought your guys would give us a real stuffing after the first 15/20 minutes.

Your movement, passing and the ability to create space for chances was superb.

Colwill's worldie for us got us into the game and the fortunate og for our second gave our youngsters a lift for the second half.

At 3.3 we had chances to win it but it wasn't to be. 5 very good goals by you.

I hope our whole squad is shown a video of the way you play the offensive side of the game. There is much to learn from there.

Our 17 year old full back will have nightmares about marking your left winger, Edozie I think.

He is going to give a lot of well established right backs big headaches this season.

Thanks, but he’s really not. Particularly if he moves to Sheffield United. He’s honestly not all that.

I don’t know, one thing Edozie can do is beat his man very regularly. It’s what comes after that that is the issue

That is the sad thing about Edozie. He is exceptional at beating his man but has no idea what to do with it after.

Just watched Pitchside Unseen and although Tyler Dibling seemed to fade in the middle part of the game, he was still very much involved in most of the highlights.
I love how he works so hard at getting his body between defenders and the ball, particularly when he’s running with it however he needs to be VERY careful about the way he fends players off.
He tends to swing his arm back at shoulder height, but his arm is usually bent and not straight. I can see a defender/opponent ducking into the arm/elbow and getting him sent off, especially with VAR being used.

Needs to be put under Lallana’s care and attention. I’m convinced, I know others aren’t, that there is a real asset there and is the sort of player to get you out of your seat when he’s got the ball, especially if he adds that much needed final touch. There have been times when tbf to him no one was in the box etc. I take the point though.
