Our entire midfield can learn a lot from Lallana this year (as lot as he stays fit and trains) - but none more so than Dibling
- Archer gets two on first start - Fernandes scores on first start - Sam Amo gets one as well - Dibling looks great again - Saints agree a deal for Aaron Ramsdale on a permanent It's been a good night
Suggests the pieces might be there. Albeit we can’t play against a championship sides reserves very often
I know it means nothing and it was a crazy game with two changed elevens. But **** it’s nice to see some goals and get a result.
Choosing between cleaning up piss, or watching the Saints, would normally be quite the dilemma. But not tonight, apparently.
Spanish people have two second names - fathers and mothers. In football they usually just pick the fathers one
I defy anyone to tell me another championship season wouldn't have been more fun than this season is going to be lol.
I've been very vocal in my meh-ness and disillusion ahead of this season; games like tonight just reaffirm my belief.
It’s the kind of experienced player signing that should be sought out - someone with the technical and/or mental side that young players can learn from. Not like Walcott who only ever relied on physical attributes. We work it out in the end. Shame we could never manage it with Jose
Yep, I forgot just how skilful he is and he showed that he still has immense vision. Orchestrated a great deal and created several chances. Will he be good enough for the PL though?
