There is nothing you can say to these people. They actually go into seasons thinking Newcastle are going to win something despite 60 years of evidence to suggest otherwise. They're the type of people that watch James bond and then walk into a casino blowing some dice and then throwing their entire livelihood on no 9.
The squad would have been 25+ at the time of the takeover. That is 5 windows plus this one hich isn't closed yet. Three new players each window (first team quality) would only at the end of this window give 18 new players. Allowance has to be made in regard to how much we are allowed to spend and the restraints that causes. Consider how much each new player could cost given the quality we are supposed to be looking for and add in wages and agents fees. Then think PSR. Then think of the issues we have apparently had in June this year on what we have spent. Yes, we didn't need a complete overhaul of everybody to compete but to win we did and do. Why the **** would the club issue stadium plans and training ground plans before they feel comfortable with what they are going to propose?
