Bournemouth forward Jaidon Anthony is having a medical with Burnley before a proposed loan move to the Championship club.

glass half full. Düsseldorf beat Ipswich pre-season and McKenna picked tanaka out as a player he really liked. Tends to play well for and has good scoring record for Japan.

Glass half empty. Plays in the German 2nd division and has a release clause that can be triggered by a bag of pretzels.

 

I don't think Hamer is happening. Sheff Utd want £18 million. From what I remember we went in for Tanaka at this time last year but he got injured so the deal was called off and we went for Gruev. Tanaka is a DM which still means we need a replacement for Rutter which I wouldn't be surprised if we go in for Chair.

 

Tanaka doesn't excite me. He'll probably end up behind Rothwell in the pecking order.

In Germany they’re reporting a deal has been struck for Ao Tanka and he is flying in to Leeds today

 

Sky are now reporting it. Apparently the deal could be worth £4m to the Germans.
