Oh, I see we got a draw, how jolly nice! I f*cked off out of the room in a huff when I thought they scored the winner.
If anything the first two games prove two things. We need new players. The power struggle isn’t helping things.
I think it was very close and if I am honest the goal probably should have stood. We didn’t deserve anything today. We where ****.
Look can we stop fooling ourselves about some of these players? They're not good enough man...plain and simple
Very lucky today. We were appalling. I am sure GG will explain how we are so much better than Villa at this stage of the season
My god they need two really good cbs and if this manager is going to continue to drop Hall they need a left back. Hall was brilliant when he came on..Barnes showed something a today too. Krafth Longstaff and Murphy are simply nowhere near good enough.
Newcastle currently have representatives negotiating a ceasefire in Ukraine, once thats done and we conclude conflicts in Gaza and Yemen, they will move onto Crystal Palace and signing a CB.
Only one is a significant miss but I agree. Ultimately there's 3 players that started Today that are not good enough. Two of them were optional.
There was a significant improvement as soon as Longstaff and Kelly went off. They have been lucky in both games.... hopefully to god the manager gets rid of the players that are essentially like an anchor around the clubs ankles.
Your hatred of Burn is blinding you to how good you think Hall is. He's a decent midfielder and a ****ing shocking full back. It will come but he's currently miles off the finished article at the minute. His positioning is all over the shop. He doesn't know when to go forward, when to stay back, when to stay wide or when to go narrow.
He's the clubs best left back by a mile and his passing is top draw. If he didn't know when to get back vs Southampton they'd have scored btw. The coming years will see this one being used like the Joelinton assesment thread. Incidentally joelinton was off this week and he will keep his place.
