Reading the Burnley fans reactions to the game and i'm not having this myth that they put out a poor team. Even though it's weaker than the last 2 weeks it still cost well over £50m to assemble. Ours cost about £5m. We were simply better than them.

Sounds like RLB has us playing a completely different game to what we saw last season. Hopefully it resonates with the fans.

Shape movement never giving the opposition time to get their head up early days but RLB has been a revelation

Never felt threatened once today, could have had 5 or 6 goals in the first half alone. Our press was so good they couldn’t handle it.
Died off in the second half but our defence was solid.

really pleased with Mundle, was class today and stepped up to the plate showing a lot of confidence. Still raw but he will refine as the season goes on.

Roberts unreal so far this season, get Isidor or this Simic upfront and we could really do the business this season.

RLB should take a lot of credit. His tactics, our style and our structure is great, very very organised in and out of possession.

On another note, Isidor was ****ing loving it like

Don’t remember much of the commentary but you are right though. We pressed well, forced them into errors. Could have won 3 or 4-0 if the finish was more clinical. It’ll come more regularly I think once the team understands each other more. Huge credit to RLB who is clearly a decent head coach who understands the modern game.

It’s the absolute speed we move as soon as we lose the ball, I have never seen owt like it.

In first half they barely had the ball there was one break they had looked like a 3 on 3 by the time there lad controlled the ball there were 7 back.

Turned to my pal and said ‘we are ****ing decent here’

We didn’t deserve one nil. We ****ing slaughtered them.

Stupid by Dan but we will forgive him.

    This gaffer though.

I don’t care if he was 99th choice. I have never seen players look so fit. I have never seen all 11 show so much desire.

The whole side is working as a unit it is like they know exactly what to do, every single time they move.

It’s 3 games, but this could have been a doom day with the Jacky loss and they weren’t having it.

Never at any point did I think we were goi g to concede. We simply don’t care if we don’t have the ball.

    It is beautiful.

Mundle and Mayenda both stood out pre season and now part of the set up. Last few days there's been plenty on here confident Mundle would replace JC. So he has and well done. Today all round performance even up to the end. Roberts back to his best . Players waiting to come in . New strikers this week . Massive lift to the new season. Burnley supposed to be one of the main contenders for promotion . That gives us all confidence. RLB has a team well organised even Gary Bennett saying how we have good shape. I'm quietly confident here and let's just have a nice little end to the transfer window. Haway the lads !!!
