Might be controversial but I really think this sale helping us get the likes of Isidor, Simic and potentially Mendy and more will really benefit us a lot more. we’ve needed a sale like this to start shopping in those higher markets. We’ve been shopping in that 1-2m market for a while. this Isidor has a buy option if €4m and Simic was valued at €12m in December just gone.
