Hmm I'd be happy with Grant, Southgate, Dowie, Sven or even Strachan .... but maybe not with Moyes or Billy Davies
Why not? He's currently looking for a job. Ex-manager of England, Roma, Lazio, Manchester City, Mexico and Ivory Coast. One could say that he has a pedigree which would tempt Mr.Short...
got a feeling about solskjaer and at 25/1 i'm more than tempted to throw some cash at it. think he'd be awesome too
Gus Poyet, would be a brilliant, brilliant choice for you. His european styleof play, free flowing football and goal per game ratio is incredible. Much better than Adkins.
Would really love an Ancelotti or a Hiddink but thats just fantasy really David Moyes for me, I think we could get him as well. Come on Ellis lets go and get him and be ambitious, he must be pig sick at Everton after the amount of money he gets, his only signings in the summer were loan signings. Come on Ellis lets be ambitious, this is a huge decision and we cannot afford to get it wrong
good to see the spring back in a few lads steps on here hopefully we might get some decent banter going again, about time you've all been moping about cos of Claire balding
I've gone for Sparky, because Ellis will certainly have spoken to his pall at Villa (Randy Lerner) about MON. I don't think Randy will be full of praise for his former manager, who walked out and left him in the ****. However, I'll be happy if he does take the job. Moyes would be great, but I've thought for years that he will be the next manager of Man Utd.
Aye but he sounds like the dude selling polaris world flats so can't take him seriously. Make sure you pay for your striker a fair price... From ha50 thousan pounds
I reckon with our set up moyes could do a great job. Hughes and mon solid but mon seems so miserable can never warm to him. The fantasy names bandied obviously but would be worried they may not think of it as a proper job and like bent sod off for better deal if the first year went well. Not bloody sven please
Two outsiders I'd consider - Solsjkaer for his tactical brain, and Poyet for his brand of football. Neither have managed a club in the Prem, so either would be a long shot. But I'd be happy to give either a chance.
