Probably turn out that there is something behind the quiet murmurings about our interest in signing Bastoni. Apparently, according to Italian reports, he would cost around the same as the fee Palace are asking for Guehi.
I wonder whether Palace would have sold Anderson to us instead, or whether they would have been Kuntz about it. My guess is the latter, as Parish seems to have a dislike for us.
Disasi is a man mountain and was linked to Newcastle before he went to Chelsea. He was probably one of their better players last season, but he has got a big mistake in him. I'd have no complaints....adds a few goals over a season too.
Indeed and spending 65 million on Guehi wasn't particularly exciting. I said when the story broke that I had doubts as to whether ne wasn't just overrated.
He looked distinctly average on the weekend. Got done for the first goal. 65m plus for a defender and your expecting world class levels of player. So we should walk away and look to Italy. There are some excellent defenders we could get for half that price and keep the remainder for the RW. I think our scouting team needs to start delivering. Serious question marks over the club setup. The Ashworth saga started months ago and should have been resolved quicker.

Sign Torres for 30m from Barca and that is the right side fixed for 5 years. It’s a no brainer for me. So Tapsoba for 45m and Torres for 30m and we are sorted. Come on Mitchell get your finger out.
I would've thought Tapsoba would cost around £10m more than that. Also, according to Spanish reports, Torres isn't interested in joining us. Hopefully this is false. If not, then we could do a lot worse than moving for Johan Bakayoko instead. Tapsoba and Bakayoko in for likely £85/90m. That'll do pig, that'll do.
