Manual Benson, does he have a twin brother called Automatic Benson If they mean Manuel Benson, then he is a Burnley player that they bought when Kompany was appointed manager. Benson looked good in their promotion season but barely played in the prem, not helped by a few injuries i think. The rumours of him coming here have been around for a while, but gathered pace in the last few days.... Whether that means anything other than being picked up by the usual 'outlets'
Benson would be a horrific signing. Injury prone and not good enough to step up a level if we managed to luck out with promotion.

Fook me this recruitment department are making a case for bringing Victor Orta back. Benson is a madness panic buy. He isnt good enough for more than 20 games in the poor Belgium league, he isnt good enough for the premier league and why he hardly played in a poor Burnley relegation side and now he ain’t good enough for Parker and his championship side. Why the hell should we take Burnleys cast offs. Joke and the club are turning into a joke too, if that’s the best they can do
