No but I think what my point is that I can see people writing Chelsea off based on that result. I think they did pretty well. Man City defeats are definitely just not a marker for any side.

That's how City play. It's pointless drawing any conclusion on Chelsea losing to man city. If Newcastle lost 2-0 you'd say it was vs Manchester City and precisely the same thing I just have.
They were 1 down and had a goal ruled out..not sure I said anything about Newcastle. Like I say Chelsea will do well and are adding Osimhen.. it won't stop they're a juggernaut in comparison to the toon.
