Maybe but the Newcastle players did quite a bit of simulation themselves. One even went down like a sack of sh*t in his own penalty area with no one around him to try and waste a bit of time. I bet if it had been the other way around Schar would have done exactly the same.

To be fair I saw Dean talking about it on Sky real time. That article is just bitter Newcastle angled. Dean said the decision was right as you can’t do that but was soft. It was the others on the panel having a go more at bbd’s reaction.
