I don't really know tbh. I was under the allusion that he was more of a box-to-box type, like how we play Aribo/Smallbone.

 

Lesley is not a similar player in any way to either Carvalho or O’Riley

It sounds like Alcaraz is off from the rumours of talks with Flamengo. Or we are at least entertaining bids

I thought we are looking for an attacking mid, an MOr alternative, S Armstrong even.

 

We seem to want Two more midfielders.

 

Maybe we want to upgrade on Aribo as well? It’s not clear whether or not this guy is instead of O’Riley. Seems a different type of player. But maybe the price has just got too high for O’Riley

 

That’s a positive sign. Wonder if that means more outgoings than just Charles and Alcaraz. Because Aribo’s wages seem too high for a club of our size to have him as a reserve. But not sure anyone will take him

 

Looks good. Likes to run at players breaking the lines which is a need we require. Looks to be comfortable with both feet. And from a few reports I’ve seen he seems pretty highly rated?

 

Aribo is a really good midfielder, highly doubt we will sell him, a good back up for a incoming 10.

One thing I thought very evident today is that we need a good regular set piece taker. Smallbone won't cut it.
