Secured a point, but was that signs of things coming together or signs that we still need to strengthen? Select your top three, in order.
Coyle Millar Pandur Ditto, Coyle and Millar prob a fair way clear of the rest....really don't recall any of the midfield doing anything and both CBs were bobbins
Outstanding goal Coyle Late cross with his left proves it was a swinger but great run and 1-2 as well simons seemed to keep going without doing out outstanding Giles
Coyle by a country mile. He so wanted that goal and it was a beaut, started and finished by him. Simons Millar I thought Burstow looked promising too. Good closing down and lively.
Coyle Millar Pandur Always a good point away from home, especially with the state of play with new players so will take this unbeaten run. But more is needed by all eleven players on the pitch next week to win.
Lewie Coyle Millar Simons. .. Omur deserves a mention as does Jarvis who made a difference when he came on as sub. Pandur look a bit more confident too. Don't know what Oscar's stats will be, probably, headers won 0, successful passes 0, touches in the box 0, tackles won 0, offsides 2. Not a great game and I'd suggest Plymouth will be near the bottom all season. City were well in it all game and finished the stronger but it was scrappy and credit were credits dues, at least we tried to win the game. Argyle looked happier with the point than we did. I think we will be better with Hughes in the back four and with the lad from Chelsea replacing Oscar from the off. So without being too critical and we did improve the more the game went on, a point away from home is not to be sniffed at but I feel as though it is also two points dropped because Plymouth were there for the taking in the second half.
