Yeah there is that but sell on clauses work both ways and it's a gamble you take. They paid £18m for him so you could quite safely gamble on him being worth double that and still come out quids in after the 20% comes off whatever profit they make, I think my numbers are right here....nearly £40m profit (if they agree on a £65m xfer) is a decent return like and more than enough for them to replace him with. And £10m for Chelsea to offset against the £500m they will have undoubtedly spent on players when the window shuts...****ers!
