Welcome point in the end considering that nervous and disjointed display. Almost certainly killed any hope of an atmosphere but we got a point. I’ll leave the discussion of individuals until they’ve settled in for now but for me City probably need another 4 or 5 to help Tim keep his job and the Big Turk and fans off his back.

Hands firmly held up, I was very critical of Pandur but he had a decent game.

Enjoyed that and thought we played well in patches. It's early days of a very new system and without probably 4 or 5 starters in the team.
Sick of people around me moaning about going backwards. They clearly have no idea how to beat a decent press. Asking for it to be sent long or 'in the box'. It becomes a 50/50 ball then you cretin and with a lazy midget up front we're going to lose possession.

I’ll go through the thread later but I can already see posts about Jacob. It’s not for a lack of effort but he is just nowhere near good enough and he never should’ve received a new contract under Rosenior. His level is National League. The mistake he made for their goal is just the tip of the iceberg. His positioning is so poor and his football IQ is so low. I actually feel sorry for him because there was a moment in the second half when he could’ve made a pass to Millar who had loads of space and he just wasn’t even aware of his surroundings. The East Stand voiced their frustration and Jacob looked to the crowd with his arms apart as if to say ‘what am I supposed to do?’.

I love how quick we want to take goal kicks, we really don’t hang about at the back anymore.

McLoughlin and Jacob replaced soon hopefully and Bristol barely create a thing today. They were responsible for nearly all their chances today, they created **** all of their own doing today. We beat their press with relative ease if it weren’t for brain farts

That’s just how he plays, he still made a few great tracking back tackles. They absolutely **** themselves when he got the ball

While today was just about ok we will have the means, over the next week or 2, to get a lot better so I'm really hopeful we can have a good season.

Were you leaving early like so many others? Would love to know what is so important to get to at 2.15 on a Saturday afternoon?

    Hope you enjoyed it.

So basically the same issue as last season. People complaining about it not going forward quick enough.

I had a brilliant early afternoon thanks Castro. When you get to as few live City games as I do, you cherish every minute so you don't skip out. (Not that I ever was one to leave early).

That said I've now had a run of 3 seasons for only seeing us draw at home! I hope to break that duck as some point this year <laugh>

I suspect he’s on his way despite what may have been said at the q and a. Could see Oscar, Seri and Giles gone before the end of the window.

He was steady and seemed bright but if you compare to Millar, his first touch at times was very rag tag, every touch Millar had he’s at their defence. Them little things make all the difference.

Can't have been me then Chaz. I was dressed as a really ugly woman as I wanted to check if they'd put up mirrors in the ladies yet.
