still time and I know they will have spent on wages and signing on fees but it’s all a little bit depressing at the moment. it won’t take much to make us really competitive EFL Championship teams for the 2024/25 season with their transfer spending so far: Burnley: £31.0M Leeds United: £15.3M Coventry City: £11.2M Hull City: £5.78M Middlesbrough: £5.50M Bristol City: £5.48M Norwich City: £4.63M Sheffield United: £4.53M Stoke City: £3.82M Queens Park Rangers: £3.81M Swansea City: £2.97M Blackburn Rovers: £2.69M Oxford United: £1.70M Derby County: £1.61M Millwall: £1.02M Sheffield Wednesday: £909K Portsmouth: £900K Preston North End: £704K West Bromwich Albion: £509K Cardiff City: £425K Watford: £300K Luton Town: £0 Sunderland: £0 24 Plvmouth Argyle • £0
No necessarily, other club have signed players on frees too. Can’t see Poveda being worth much but Browne is worth £2m+ easy.
Majority of that is on Tresor and Esteve, players they signed last season on loan with obligations to buy
Goal record looks good mate. But that was within cardiffs ****house play style. I’d be very surprised if he got that return for us. Doesn’t look like much of a footballer to me
I think they sold Muric to Ipswich for about £12m and Hladky went the other way for free. Quite good business for them. Obviously a bit older and no resale value but will do a job at this level and Muric sale offsets some losses
Oh really? Wasn’t expecting that weren’t we interested in him last season? Yeah you’re right you’d imagine Trafford is off probably for decent money then
