It seems they are now paying for work that was already included - strange really . It’s the way bespoke construction works , there’s always hidden extra costs .
Seems misleading, isn't Queens Gardens upgrade just part of the Maritime Hull project, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund with HCC contributing 10M, however who funds the overspend?

If she breaches the order once she is released from prison, she could face a fine or further imprisonment. As part of the order, she is banned from: Remaining in and or on any premises when requested to leave by the owner or their lawful agent. Entering the area of Hull City Centre, except for pre-arranged professional appointments. Being in possession of an open container of alcohol in a public place. Being under the influence of alcohol/drugs in a public place. Being in a group of more than two people (including herself). Defecating in a public place. Begging in the Humberside police area. PC Joanne Skinner said: “If she is found guilty of breaching the order once out of prison, she could be liable to a fine, further imprisonment or both. If you see her do anything that is against the order please get in touch. “This CBO is another great example of the action we are taking to tackle antisocial behaviour in Hull and I hope it serves as a warning to anyone else who is considering committing offences, that we will not tolerate it.”
