Just reading WoL's cut and paste of the McGuiness situation. Some of the comments after the article are pitiful. One nob complaining that Tan will pocket the lot and leave us with nothing. Given the amount Tan has ploughed into the club, I wouldn't begrudge him it. It's his anyway.
Sadly there are so many complete to$$ers out there that will slag VT off no matter what unless we're spending a fortune and winning the league at a canter. They also have a blind spot when it comes to accepting that we are a pretty average sized Championship club that have to battle to attract good players and aren't really Real Madrid or Barcelona and able to expect players to walk over broken glass to sign for us!!

Good find Jay-Rede pal, 1 million plus add ons perhaps....realistically you get fug all in modern times for such a fee, thanks a million Vincent or V as I call him when he pops over to Llandaff for a drink and a chat! Masky Of Llandaff
Still waiting to see him 'holding the shirt', however much he costs. I wonder what 'significant' actually is in terms of the sell-on clause?
Delay in announcement? International clearance? Medical issue? Money? Player or club? Or something else?
The medical was due on Monday, the announcement subject to clearances was scheduled for today - stand by your beds!
I bet your fingers are tightly crossed. You'll look a right plonker on the Pompey board if it goes pear shaped
Sounds as if Robertson is committed to the move, so it's not down to him suddenly changing his mind on where he wants to play. Hopefully the piccy of him in the shirt has already been taken for when the final box is ticked. On the choosing a destination front, hopefully it gets easier to attract players as the quality of player we sign improves. With Ramsey, El Ghazi and Willock on our books, strikers may be keen to play in front of that supporting line-up.
