He’s young and can learn there’s a talent but let’s not look at G/A. Imo Jobe has a tendency to take to many touches, and is slow with the ball. His tracking back is hit and miss also. He can use his size a lot more but that comes with age

Most of it comes with age. Dan Neil hadn’t even kicked a ball in blokes football when he was Jobes age I don’t think had he? Jobe will undoubtedly go on top play for a bigger club than us IMO. Just need to figure out what his best position is
One of the things that pisses me off most about modern football is clubs like City being able to hold onto so many players like Doyle, like THB and loan them out for 3-4 years without batting an eyelid over the wages they’re taking home then selling them on for £15m+.
