Buy a new one from amazon, put the old one in the box and return it saying it's faulty, and get a refund. Not that I would do such a thing mind
Thanks for all the suggestions but the screen remains static with the logo, the 3 alternating buttons the only movement. This was originally bought in Feb 2020 so perhaps it's time for a new one. Should I replace with like for like or is a better Firestick availble now?
