This may well be fake news but I still think if he's not in the top 6 next season he'll be away, possibly sooner rather than later if the writing is on the wall. At the moment it's like running a shop with half the shelves empty. There could be a reason for this madness. He splashed the cash in January and it didn't come off. FFP has xxxxed him off. I feel sorry for the manager unless he was warned it would be like this until the end of August.
But on the flip side, he got the club for a low amount, and it was clear any new owner would have to provide incentives to get the fans back. Ehab sucked all the life out of the club so that any new owner would have looked like a breath of fresh air.
Yeah but plenty of new owners are pricing fans out so it’s not something to turn your nose up at. It’s been fun, it’s just not been successful
A carbon copy of David LLoyd then? and look how that ended up. Big fanfare when he came, packed public meeting in City Hall, promises of exciing football etc etc etc and ended up getting chased out of town with his tail between his legs.
And then could you imagine the furore, fans, media, sacking LR if by some fluke we had have been promoted knowing he wasn't a Premiership manager. He appointed him, knew approaching Christmas he'd made an error doing so. The strange one for me is TW appointment. The man obviously has a reputation, won't have come cheap and I think its a 3 year contract. It also didnt get done quickly, much like the signings..
If he knew Rosenior was the wrong man at Christmas why spend so much in January and then get annoyed about it? People are just guessing about Acun but it all adds up to not make much sense no matter how it gets spun.
Well if you’re declaring yourself unfit for Saturday syd so am I Op on my foot two weeks ago Hobbling about with a boot and crutches now
Got my left knee crunched and my right shoulder hyperextended. Scans tomorrow. Meant to be running a fun run next Sunday that I'll probably miss now. Fuming. Probably rules me out for City too in case they were planning a ring around.
The tackle on Omur was a ****ing disgrace, how the referee didn’t send the Reading bloke off is a mystery. We seemed to shut down at that point, I think there was a collective desire to not be on the end of their next shin-high clattering tackles.
Did they pop it back in on field...?.. brave lad if so... as for Omur, in any other game their lad would have been off...
