His ability in those tight spaces is often the thing that sets us away tbf. Risk/reward I guess. He’s definitely better than he was a couple of years ago.His Achilles heel I'm afraid ....

They aren’t always. They’re just doing the opposite of the wingers, which is the right thing.
These lot are a good side, but no doubt there will be a meltdown if we lose.Good test this. Get punished for every mistake against teams like this. Don't think we are playing bad mind

Agree totally. Really enjoying this and we’re doing pretty well in truth. An excellent test of our defensive shape, our pressing and our attacking patterns. Just what we need at this point of preseason.Good test this. Get punished for every mistake against teams like this. Don't think we are playing bad mind
We seem to be more balanced under Le Bris and attacking down both flanks instead of just giving it to Clarke, asking him to beat 3 men and score
Particularly think the link up between Browne, Hume and Roberts has been brilliantThis is something I have noticed. Desperate for a proper striker to help the team out and make the most of the patterns
Disagree totally. Any player can lose it there, and the archetypal defensive midfielder that most fans have in mind would not possess the ability on the ball to even receive it in there. Evans was prone to this sort of thing too - and we didn’t get the attacking benefit from that area of the pitch on the flip side. It's why he shouldn't play CDM. Can not lose it there.
