I recall the Islamists that carried out the attack on the Moscow theatre. I don't remember too much outrage (globally) after the perpetrators had clearly been absolutely battered, maybe it's one thing the Russians got correct, obviously open to debate. Vile crimes are deserving of tough tough measures IMHO, which involves more than locked up with their radicalised pals in strangeways etc.

Locking them away is counterproductive, they simply spend time in jail and radicalise others, I dont think we will ever bring back the death penalty but some of these monsters on our streets and in the jails would be far better hung and forgotten about. At about 19:45 BST on Tuesday, demonstrators gathered and engaged in a stand-off with police officers. Officers were pelted with bricks and a police van was set on fire, Merseyside Police said. The town's MP, Patrick Hurley, described the violence - close to a mosque - as "horrific", saying those involved had “hijacked the grief” of families. On Wednesday morning, dozens of local residents with brushes and shovels helped with the clean-up operation after the protests. Normal Wallis, chief executive of Southport Pleasureland, praised the "fantastic" response from the community. He added: "It's horrendous what those hooligans have done last night. It was like a war scene. People from out of town just causing absolute mayhem."
Aye when it comes to knife crime I am in agreement. MF cutting around streets with machetes on a daily basis. You go in any city you can see them. They walk with straight leg limp or have a leather strap across one shoulder. Rats. Need greater stop and search powers and give the law more power.

Mate I’ve known 14 year olds order zombie knives on wish, delivered free m Holland. What’s going on when that can happen. They’re kids with kids minds and a lack of understanding and consequential thinking. Fantasists in many ways. Kids basically. Why is it so easy for them to get this **** delivered to their door ? Why even do adults need this? This world is stupid. Trade requires intervention at all levels.

This whole affair has been so sickening I've mostly avoided the news. One thing that seems to have happened is that people who claim the media manipulate the news to fool people ... ... have been manipulating the news to fool people.
