He'll die of cholesterol poisoning with the amount of chippies, kebab shops and takeaways on his doorstep...hate to think what size he is now....
He's not even made the bench today, and they've only named four subs! Just read it's a six month deal, and he'd been training with the club for a couple of weeks Looks like they need someone up top, been pretty toothless so far in the cup group games, and also against the Paisley Scum...
Word on the Twitter is Larkeche is going to Dundee on loan which presumably would mean Paal isn’t going.
Even El Cif has said we need to bolster our attacking options. Maybe we are waiting to get a couple of Prem loanees in to add to options up top. We really need to be getting some in asap, to gel in some sort of formation !
Sorry...reedited. Of course we wouldn't buy him if he scored goals... We check that sort of thing...in depth. Hammersmith our club is now a well oiled machine...we wouldn't make that sort of machine
I don't really understand how we're spending ££ on players like Varane and Celar. As I understand it when the accounts for last season are published we will be extremely close to breaking FFP. Hence all the odd sponsorships last season - Bhatia stand etc. That's because our 'good' year (2022 - £4m loss) in the 3-year rolling average drops out and we're left with accounts from Aprils 2023 (£24m loss before deductibles), 2024 (£20m loss before deductibles), and 2025 (unpublished - last season). Transfers from this window will fall into the April '26 accounts, so hard to know what's changed. The Armstrong money alone isn't it. Could be impact from new Sky money? Does make me wonder if Palace have purchased out the Eze sell on fee for a fixed advance. Or maybe a slight gamble from us before JCS and/or Chair are sold?
Yes, but not in transfer fees right? And by my maths we need to make a big profit to be compliant, not just sell and buy equally.
