    Fair enough mate, still give the foil a try sometime, I tend to find it helps hold in the moisture, even better if you are adding garlic butter, it replaces the olive oil I normally use, although not had salmon for a while.

    Wondering if I could do salmon in the air fryer now with the grease proof liners I use, but folding the edges over into the middle, so it don't get the direct heat.

    But yeah defo like the eggs.

    Nah mate, it's kos lettuce, spring onion, mint and cucumber in sweet malt vinegar with a pinch of sugar.
