Fooking hell, what you done to it, looks so dry, eggs look nice. Try cooking it in foil next time mate.
Fair enough mate, still give the foil a try sometime, I tend to find it helps hold in the moisture, even better if you are adding garlic butter, it replaces the olive oil I normally use, although not had salmon for a while. Wondering if I could do salmon in the air fryer now with the grease proof liners I use, but folding the edges over into the middle, so it don't get the direct heat. But yeah defo like the eggs.
