Good pre season match.Could see what they’re trying to work on… they look fit…..get the right front runner in there… I’m more and more optimistic.
Results really don't matter in pre-season. It's about getting in minutes and players lesrnng to know what the coach wants from them. I've not seen any of the games, so I'm relying on posters on here. Can you's see a pattern of play or maybe some tweaks RLB has made in his short time. Personally I'm expecting a finish outside of the Play-Offs-top 10
I seen we had a drop off after half time, no one provided context that Blackpool made 8 changes at half time. just need a striker and we’re good to go
That was a good read. I'm sure I read that one of the things that RLB is looking for in a new assistant is a specialism in attacking and defending set pieces.
Yes, we are pressing about 30 yards higher than anything we did at the back end of last season. Attacks are a lot less 'pass to Clarke and hope', although he still poses a huge threat. Can see the triangles RLB was talking about between the full back, wide central midfielder and winger.
Am glad the fullbacks are supporting the wingers now, and we looked really fit there. Hopefully get a striker in for the OM game.

Good football great shape Caught out a few times early second half but thats OK gives RLB something to work on Would like to see us being a bit stronger at times A physical experienced centre forward would fit the bill Mayenda played OK but didnt hold the ball up. Thought Roberts tried but was was poor. Good to see Cirkin looking fit if a little rusty defensively. And great to see Zac Johnson getting some game time. Oh and Dann Neil is a sublime footballer

didn’t see owt on the streams and none of the lads at the game have mentioned owt….ive accepted he is going but if a deal was that far advanced I’d be surprised that he played the game and especially the full 90 mins
