Looked OK to me but I didn't go as far as trying to buy a ticket. I did go and look at the booking system for the Bristol City game and the new stadium view for seat selection is pretty amazing. 3D display of section and when you hover over an available seat a pop-up shows you the view from that seat.

We went around the time the building work came to a halt.
I remember going to the top and standing on the seats to look over the rear wall. A very badly thought out idea.

Turned out that despite American Express being on the drop down list of cards, the website didn’t like it so I was going round in circles.
Then when I decided to change cards it did work but I didn’t know because the email went to my junk despite other emails from the club going to my inbox.
    Anyway got sorted eventually.
Taking one of my Grandkids. 4 years old so doubt I’ll make half time…which is fine!

Junior's working today, so we didn't get tickets for this one, then I saw this last night and thought what an excellent idea. Unfortunately, I've left it too late and No.1 grandson has already arranged to go swimming with grandad 3, his first City game will have to wait a little longer.

    It worked for me
Night games are too late for him, and no point going to a proper game with him yet

Yeah. If you took the piss out of my sexuality in real life, to me, I'd call you a bigot. Maybe a ****wit bigot. Depends how annoyed I was.

If you throw ****, expect **** thrown back.

"You can't say anything anymore" is the crushing translation of "how come people don't let me **** on their skin colour/sexuality/gender anymore?"

Because it's a ****ty thing to do, idiot. And when you act like an arsehole, expect the ****tiest portion.

What on Earth gives you the slightest inkling that I'd take the piss out of your sexuality in real life of anywhere else?

Have I ever said anything about your sexuality in all the years I've posted on here?

Hence the "if". I'm not suggesting you actually would, but that's what that hypothetical scenario would play out like.

I've never met you, probably never will, but if I did,I'd buy you a pint like anyone else I've ever met through this forum...Your sexuality or what you get up to in your private life is of no consequence to me.

The 'if' is a hypothetical scenario in your thoughts not mine.

    I wouldn't insult you,that's a fact, and I'll leave it right there...

Well that's great to hear. It shouldn't come up at all in any conversation between two people who have never met.

I just don't understand the gripes people have with Pride; outside of the congestion problems it causes on the roads it's a fantastic occasion that celebrates something that this country was one of the first to embrace publicly. I mean it's like a month, is that really so much for some people to struggle with?

Another tough friendly today, Isak is probably the last striker you want to come up against when your CB's are trying to figure out this style but hopefully the team get what they need from it.

I don't have any gripe with pride,we've discussed this before and I discussed my youngest Daughters thoughts on it.She has issues with it even though she is gay...But that's for another day or possibly never.

No not you personally, I mean generally people seem to complain that we have a celebration of progress as if it's a bad thing.
