It's simplicity and brave decision not to butcher the colour scheme shows us the 49ers are starting to 'get us'. Adidas were not keen on a yellow shirt. Currently, Junior Firpo, Jayden Bogle and Sam Byram are Leeds only options at wing-back, but all three are prone to picking up knocks. Farke has looked at a number of defensively minded wide players who like to get forward, but (apart from Bogle) is yet to find the right fit. Austrian International Wober spent last season on loan with Borussia Mönchengladbach, where he mad 26 starts, and was their second best player in their entire squad according to 'Whoscored'. Morning all. Nice to get a win but not very relevant. Let’s face it our problem last season was when teams defended in numbers and hit us on the break. We were often found wanting in finding ways to break them down. That’s what will matter. Walking through a poor Hanover side doesn’t tell us anything really. Im one of the ones that loves the yellow kit. Will be interesting so see early season what proportion of Elland Road crowd will be white compared to yellow. I suspect there could be a lot of yellow

Morning all The new away kit colour looks good, the badge is not quite right, the blue spacing needs enlarging and with the Redbull logo it’s all too busy for my liking to go down as a great shirt. I actually prefer the home shirt and supporters under 30 years old might not take to the badge. Good preseason so far, playing decent and scoring goals, couldn’t ask for anything more at this stage
As you know I’m ever the pessimist but if we keep this squad together I think we can win this league and that would be my sales pitch to the likes of Summerville and Gnonto. You want premier league football, you’ll have it here next season
The away kit is the best we've had for a while, agree the spacing could be a teeny bit wider ... don't think people under 30 will be put off by that though... they can be influenced by owt these days
Rumours are that the stadium is to be made 50000 regardless of this seasons outcome. All the plans and permissions are being discussed ready for work to start at the end of this season. It makes sense as both red bull AND the 49ers have history of building clubs up like this.
