Looking forward to seeing Watson from the start, be good to get a proper look at Browne too

 

I’m a bit of a squad number geek so I love that Neil was wearing 4 on Friday (presumably taking Evans number) and now Browne is wearing 11 (taking Burstow’s).

I had thought they’d save 11 for the new striker. Perhaps they still will as of course this is just a friendly.

Just noticed Leo Hjelde has also moved from the 33 shirt to the 5 shirt for this friendly as well so I’m definitely reading too much into the numbers as that’s Ballards number. A bit weird seeing the others are all in their numbers

 

And Anderson is wearing Ba’s number. wtf is going on man. My OCD can’t cope with some of them wearing their squad numbers and some of them not

 

I don't think it means anything, numbers were probably doled out for the Spanish games, seperate from what we'll see for the league campaign.

 

I know but why not just 1-11 then. Why some with their squad numbers and some not?!? I know it’s not important but it’s hurting my brain (this is all light hearted not an actual complaint)
