Good to know I am not the only one having issues. I have just received an email back and have sent th my customer no and purchase no so here's hoping . At least got a quick response.
I am one of the dinosaurs who had a plastic season card last season. I renewed early doors, paid in full and was told I should in go to the ticket office today, 19th July to receive my plastic season card for the new season. I duly did that and was informed I had been told the wrong thing. It seems I should have applied by 3rd May, which in fact I had done. Long story short they will have to contact the Third Party who manage the system and I will receive my new plastic card BUT NOT IN TIME FOR THE SEASON START! FOR AT LEAST THE FIRST HOME GAME I WILL HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE TICKET OFFICE TO RECEIVE A PAPER TICKET. I have a bad feeling about how this will turn out. Anyone else had the same experience?
