The ones who were here with Beale and then ran the show themselves giving us some of the worst football we’ve seen for a long time? Or Mark Venus?

Surely that tells you that they aren’t good managers rather than coaches.

they were fine with Mowbray, fine with Neil, crap with Beale (who was crap himself and probably instilling his crapness down) and then crap head coaching.

I think all this criticism is over the top that’s all.

Every damn training picture someone pipes up about the coaches on social media.

If you are judging Dodds on how he did by himself, did you see how Birmingham did when Venus was in charge?

I have no problem with Dodds staying, who is a well respected coach. I can't comment on Proctor or English. I know English was one of the Birmingham crew, but Proctor has come up through our ranks. They must think he's good to keep him on.

What I am slightly frustrated about is that the recruitment of the one or two extra people that RLB was going to get to pick, seems to have slowed down massively, and you'd think will now not happen until we return from Spain.

I don't know why we seem to be so slow at recruitment. I work for a massive global corporate with tonnes of red tape and we seem to be able to recruit quicker.

Nope, have no idea was just asking if he was talking about english, proctor etc or Venus as it was made out that we only played good football because michael proctor is stood on the touchline of the training pitch looking confused.

So KLD is failing to spot, year after year, what you managed to see in an instant from a short promo clip on your phone ...

... no wonder the club is in such a mess eh <doh>

You need to take into account brexit mate, when it comes to recruiting staff from europe. KS said we should hear something in a week or so, which is always a double edge sword with some of our support.

Nobody said that? I’ve never once said KLD is doing a bad job I’ve got no idea why you decide to ride into battle on his dick every time someone isn’t spouting happy clapping rhetorics about the club mate :emoticon-0102-bigsm I’m just saying that he employs people to look after the football side of things so the coaching staff won’t be any of his business unless he makes it his business and he shouldn’t have to. Man Utd continued to employ Ed Woodward for a decade after continual failures in the transfer market and they’re one of if not still the biggest club in the world.

Yeah that’s my slight concern, that it’s taking a while to bring in who RLB wants. Maybe it’s visa hold ups?
I’m fine with Dodds et al. and think the hate is over the top from some of our fans. But would be good to bring some fresh blood coaching wise in.

I personally have no issue with Dodds involved in the first team coaching side, like Beale they’re both spoken about as good coaches. What they’re not are good match day managers who are tactically astute and get the best out of the players

Watching a YouTube video at 11:30pm local time in bed? What else would I be doing? Apologies mate, instead of lying by the pool reading a book and checking my phone I’ll start doing the conga around the pool to have some proper fun just for you :emoticon-0136-giggl

Because he wasn't close to the lorient staff, he wants people who he thinks can work in certain areas here which is why we are interviewing - speakman said at the talk in we should hear in a week or the next few about that situation

So glad to see Régis really stressing that we need to move the ball faster it was one of my biggest gripes with the past two years. We would pass the ball with such a slow pace

That we’re seeing videos like this will be Bruce’s influence I reckon.

I love Reggie already and I bet the players do too. Loved the quote from Mendy that he "exudes serenity and natural strength". I completely agree based on first impressions. He's seems super cool<cool>.

Someone needs to get some t-shirts printed..."Reggie says relax!" There's money to be made.
