I think the differentiator is attitude. At a young age some think they're better than the club they're at and get a 'Billy Big Bllocks' attitude. Their natural ability get them noticed. But attitude is what ultimately sets players apart. They move from being a big fish in a small pond to being a small fish in a big pond and can't deal with it. Sometimes it's players with less ability that overtake them. Now, if you've got great ability AND the right attitude.......
