Both the FA and Eddie Howe would be ****ing mental not to hook up. His brand of football and the change of leadership at the Toon, would be shocked if it didn’t happen. Howes also a serial loser so would fit right in. We’ll have either Terzic or similar.
I feel sorry for England but it was obvious Southgates side had no chance early in the competition. People get carried away and stop using their eyes. Oh well.... at least the toon matter more.

Yes and yes. England were very flattered to get to the final tbh. They had a far easier route than Spain, and still seriously struggled along the way. Happy Spain won, have been miles better than England throughout the tournament.
I just want Southgate to announce he’s moving on to give someone else a go… and that someone else get’s through to a WC Final playing Anthony Gordon who provides balance and attacking verve throughout and shows Southgate for the egotistical **** that he is. a dish served cold.
