There's usually a domino effect here though that there are teams who will be looking at players at the tournament and holding off to sign them until the dust has settled. They then will be looking to move some of their players on, or amenable to having them purchased. It's pretty common that, whether you are signing players from the tournament or not it still causes a delay on the transfer market really getting moving.

Would be an immense signing. Only concern is who would be making way for him, we need to shift players before bringing any in and no one seems to want Miggy, Barnes has been injured so little interest in him, Murphy is to happy being 4th choice so that really leaves Gordon as the outgoing. Unless that club are willing to force the issue with Miggy...
