Today I've had 1 piece of toast and Marmite, banana, tomato Cucumber beetroot with a slice of cheese.
Had a Huel pasta Bolognese for lunch. Nutritionally balanced, vegan, and comes in at 400 calories. I did precede this with a breakfast baguette this morning though.

Had to go and give bloods at transplant clinic today. Park and ride is about a mile from hospital, so walked rather than bus and on way back had chippy.
would have had curry sauce, but ordering from local curry house for dinner later. Bit of a lazy/unhealthy day today.
