Agreed. None of the newbies have kicked a ball for Charlton yet. Dobbo and May have proved their worth. There is no doubt that even an improved Charlton team this season would be stronger yet with those two still in the squad. I'll reserve judgment on any of our new players until the end of September. With luck all of them will have been in a team on a match day at least once or twice by then.
I think the players are an upgrade on last Season. But as ever the proof of the pudding is in the eating.
The only problem I have is Scott was the reason he went , I think NJ liked him but Dobbo had to stand his ground with Scott
Wrexham will buy their way to the Championship this season. Their aggregate score against us will be something like 12-2. I'm a bit surprised they have bought Dobson. Perhaps they'll use his knowledge of this league. Frankly I expected them to aim higher.
But surely Jones and his clout now would allow Dobson back? I'd suggest the Shelf Stacker's mob done us on wages. You have to bear in mind that you can buy a four bedroomed detached in that toilet for 150k.

Sky sports are reporting that we are trying to tie up a deal for Teddy Bishop. I don’t know if he has gone to Estonia. He played against Dartford.
