Anyone had email asking you to reset password? link doesn’t work and when you click on [email protected] link you get [email protected]
I just updated mine, took about 30 seconds. Entered pass number and surname on the website. The forgotten password email arrived in about 10 seconds. Clicked on the link and set my password. All sorted, no issues.
Maybe they’ve fixed the issues now, earlier there were loads of people saying they couldn’t get the password reset email and they’d given up.
They've just moved their whole ticketing and EPOS system over. I only know because company I work for was in the tender process with them. Who they went with only works with TM
