most 'ITK' lads tend to post and reply constantly, not a quick couple of lines then go AWOL.

 

Northern echo saying contract talks ongoing with Dan Neil and speakman hopes a break through will be very soon. So looks like sooner rather then lot later.

Yeah I’ve only ever seen him post about him so he must have some inside info. I remember him posting about his injury before the end of the season which no one knew about. Obviously I hope he’s wrong and Neil does sign a new contract soon anyways

AEP seems to have posted quite a bit of things he has heard over the last few weeks. Including one the first to say Rigg was done.

Hopefully he is also spot on with Neil!

 

Sunderland are interested in 21-year-old Chilean international midfielder César Pérez, currently a footballer for Unión La Calera in the Chilean League.

Sunderland intends to start a negotiation for a sum of £2 million. César Pérez wants to continue his career outside his country and that is why some clubs have been interested in him such as Genk, Cagliari and Augsburg.

 

This type of signing makes sense. Next 12-18 months we could lose Jobe, Neil, Rigg etc. Get them in now and give them a season to settle and ease them into the first team rather than hoying then in the deep end expecting them to to make an impact instantly.

 

That's a completely random link, almost too random for someone to make up. He's already an international, though I'm not sure Chile are up to much at the moment.

We've been linked with Aravena last season as well, so that could well be a league that we're aware of. I'd like to see us pursue the South American market to be honest, there's a lot of upside there.
