Rigg's ability to shift his weight, from one side to the other, is incredible ... ... that reminds me of Dennis Tueart who could put a defender on his arse without touching the ball. The best was at Leicester when Keith Webber came to tackle him and ending up on the running track
Everything about Rigg oozes class, from his first touch to shifting the weight. Plays like an experienced professional, but is only 17. You can see why so many top clubs were taking a very serious look at him.
Moving away from how class it is he has signed etc... What a lucky little so and so he is aswell mind. Just turned 17 and has signed a professional contract as a footballer that even if it all went down hill and he never played again could set him up very well for the future, but that's not going to happen as has already played at a high level for his sport and an exceptionally high level for his age and will no doubt be getting more minutes over the next season. Got everything in front of him! Not jealous much like!
Wtf Think this lot are in for a shock when they realise having the 'best players' in the league doesn't matter when Wycombe (and others) are wasting time from minute 1.
@RokerReport Nick Barnes asks if he has a say in transfers, RLB confirms he has a say in transfers Like an episode of Mythbusters, this #SAFC
Pretty much what we did with Grigg. Bloke didn't want to be here but Wigan and Grigg himself couldn't turn down what we offered. No wonder it didn't work.
Second youngster to sign a pro deal today... https://x.com/AcademyOfLight/status/1808492800951853069?t=hdaTkniAYvsoWaojBhsHyw&s=19 Follows on from Luke Bell this morning.
Feels like a lot more lads signing new pro deals this summer than usual. Surely a signal of improved quality.
