Hey everyone! I've been into city board betting for a while now, and it's such a fun way to spice up the games. A few weeks ago, I was on a roll and ended up making some nice wins.

If you're looking for something a bit different, I recommend trying out themulligans.org. I found it a few months back, and it's been a great place for slots and other games. It’s got a cool vibe and pretty decent odds. Anyway, looking forward to sharing tips and tricks with you all here.

In for a penny and all that. So far her apprentice allowance isn't being troubled.

    Be lucky…..
    VIP WEDNESDAY
THE PDFS ARE BACK AND THEY ARE HERE TO STAY!!!
    WORCESTER
    2.23 - BLUEBERRY WINE 11/1 - 3 paid - 0.5 EW
The first race looks a belter to be honest - fond of lots of the runners - IN THIS WORLD for the
SKELTONS looks a winner in waiting after hitting the frame now in past 3 runs, we track STUMP
OR SLIPS as well with Bowen riding - the market thinks these two battle it out with DONNIE
AZOFF and they are all around the same price 3/1.
I’m betting BLUEBERRY WINE for the race. I’ve took 11/1 and 3 places. He has a really strong
piece of form by running in behind the Mullins raider at Ludlow DADDY LONG LEGS (went on to
win a big race at the Irish festival after) where he came 3 lengths behind. Other than DONNIE
AZOFFS recent Stratford run - I think this is the best piece of form on offer so I’ve had a small go.
Other than that I will be watching Nicholls debutant on the 5.05 in the charity hurdle but nothing
else I’m betting on at WORCESTER this afternoon.
    CARLISLE
    3.35 CARLISLE - JABAARA 6/5 - 1 point win
Not the best price but definitely the best horse with the best form here by a significant margin.
The in form James Doyle rides and we can get over evens on SKY and 365 (short as 5/6
elsewhere) - a little bit of value still left here in my opinion for this Varian horse. Forms been
strengthened a lot by SOPRANO winning at Ascot (beat her at Ayr in a listed LTO) - others will
need to improve - I think the Irish raider NAVASSA ISLAND is the most unexposed danger in
what looks to be the best race of the day across the UK cards.
    4.40 CARLISLE - HALE END 10/1 & DETECTIVE 16/1 - 6 places paid - 0.5 EW
DETECTIVE has five wins here at Carlisle and he’s been second here nearly 10 times. To say he
loves Carlisle is an understatement and he’s ran nearly 50% of his races here - look at his record -
hardly ever outside the top 3 here and after running well when second in a class 4 here last time -
you would hope he is good value for at least a place today despite running like a pig in his last
    race at Hamilton.
HALE END won easily at Thirsk but steps up in class off 4lb higher and to win today, he must win
of his highest mark to date. There was plenty to like about the Thirsk run and he definitely won
    with something in hand.
    Small EW for both.
    5.15 CARLISLE - RED PIXIE - 7/4 - 1 point win
Few good indicators to this being a good bet. Just touched off by nose in her last race. Should
have won it to be fair. She’s improved with every race - 4th, 3rd, 2nd and looks to have found a
good opportunity to shed the maiden tag. At least Sir Micheal Stoute thinks so who has William
Buick booked for the ride and he sends only his 4th runner to the track in five years…
    SALISBURY
    1 point PATENT -
Lots of short price favs at SALISBURY today -
I’ve just done a SHOEMARK PATENT here and I
fancy TANAGER at 4/1 in the 2.45. Other than
than not interested in getting involved here
    today.
    ____________________________________________________________
    KEMPTON
Maybe have another look later but FOX VISION my tracker withdrawn I don’t have anything solid
    here at all.
    One fancy for me…
    5.35 DAPHNE MAY - 14/1 - 4 paid 365 - 0.5 EW
Best price with 365 here she is 10lbs below last winning mark and a C&D winner. Looks a bit lost
at the moment, fell out the stalls last time out and still managed 6th in a close finish. She went off
at Windsor only a few races back a 9/4 and has been dropped a further 4lbs since. In addition to
this Anna Gibson claims 7lbs - she has to start getting competitive soon of this low mark. Race
looks wide open and good value getting 4 paid with only 11 runners.
    FFOS LAS
Pathetic racing across the card. Class 6 and 5 races with the one class 4 a fillies novice race. Will
see if we can get any info there later as no point trying to decipher this rubbish as far as I’m
    concerned!!!
    ____________________________________________________________
    TOTAL POINTS SUGGESTED - 4.5
Do not break the bank we will have a proper go towards the weekend as the racing picks up!!
    THANKS ALL

    VIP THURSDAY
Right firstly we have a cliff horse that’s in my tracker…
PLUMETTE. - We call it a cliff horse as we have been
following it off a cliff of late trying to find a winning
opportunity. She is 12/1 tomorrow… tracker popped up as
was on the phone earlier with Scott. I’ll be having a very
small bet on her myself as ROSSA RYAN is on and a few
adjustments made by trainer could see a nice run.
Can see my face when it popped up.. .17 without a win
    here we go again lol….
    ___________________________________
    HAMILTON
    James Doyle Patent here he
rides 3 short prices that can
all win. - 1 point total
7.15 - love look of this race
and think Doyle is the winner.
Lots of horse I like in this one.
    MYCONIAN overpriced at
    25/1. JORDAN ELECTRICS at
7/2 will run a good race.
    James Doyle has turned up
here on a very good looking
Boughey horse and I just can’t
see that hat trick seeker being
turned over personally…. I could make a case for most of the others here aswell so for me a race
best to watch or see what the market says closer to the time of the off…
Rest of racing at Hamilton is crap as far as I’m concerned so just doing the patent for now
    cheers !!!
    ___________________________________
    NOTTINGHAM
Again - I see no real reason to get heavily involved. NOISY MUSIC 4.20 owes us a better run than
we got at Thrisk when backed. It was smashed in went off evens before flopping. Buick is booked
for the ride and it should be winning at 15/8….
NOISY MUSIC’s recent efforts above (green and orange)
    _____________________________________________________________
    4.50 NOTTINGHAM - SUANNI 13/2 - 3 paid - 0.5 EW
Again most of races are poor at
Notts but I can make a case here for
SUANNI. 3 paid and 8 runners gives
us good EW value for one. 1lb below
last winning mark and running well
of late. End of the day it all comes
down to the start for this horse who
only wins when fast away and
    prominent.
You will not miss this lovely grey
    horse tomorrow….
    LEICESTER
    _____________________________________________________________
    7.30 LEICESTER - DIBBLE DABBLE 7/4 - 1 point win
Let’s just say it as it is. The first race a class 4 at Leicester has no real betting value with a 4/6
strong fav under BILLY LOUGHRANE that race looks a forecast with CAPO VATICANO who
is an expensive horse with potential…
After that the racing is just more class 6 crap. I’m having on bet on DIBBLE DABBLE who has
ROSSA RYAN on board in a bid to follow up of a 7lb rise in his mark. Won by nearly 5 lengths - the
penalty is fair. The race looks weak so the only tip for Leicester.
    _____________________________________________________________
    NEWCASTLE
    3.35 NEWCASTLE - VERDARI 2/1 - 1 point win
Sold at the breeze up to the Watnan clan for a hefty price tag. Stands out like a sore thumb and I
think will go off nearer odds on. 6th on debut at Haydock but found strong market support and that
was a blanket finish. 2/1 is a good price here for the favourite but we are dealing with a number of
debutants here that could pop up and do us over.
    4.10 NEWCASTLE - BRUNCH 11/2 - 4 paid - 1 point EW
Higher outlay as a bit of a cop out going EW on BRUNCH here at 11/2 but those 4 places will
cover us. C&D winner in what is by far the best race of the afternoon. Hard to pick the winner here
but I can’t see BRUNCH not playing some part in this class 2 event.
Everything else is low grade rubbish at Newcastle and I can’t find anything else.
    ______________________________
    NEWMARKET
    2.20 NEWMARKET - PRAETORIAN 3/1 - 1 point
We do track fav BILLBOARD STAR here but he’s very short at evens.
With form boosted and looking closely into this one. We have Hollie Doyle maintaining the ride
after maiden 3rd at Ponefract this one looks great value to take on the fav. PRATEORIAN finished
a nose behind subsequent winner EXPENSIVE ROSE - this horse then went on to run well in a
listed at Ascot. The fav has strong form lines but he’s 6/5 so the value is deffo with our selection
and they should be closer in price. A lot of the others are un raced so remains to be seen how good
    the comp is.
    TOTAL POINTS 5.5

    Be lucky….

    VIP FRIDAY
As you can see guys it’s a busy day here in the UK with 6 meets on and some
decent racing across all of the cards. I’ve done a LUCKY 15 at Newmarket to cover
that meeting and then a few for the rest with the best races tonight at Newcastle in
the listed contest for the mares. ROBEAM sits in the tracker at 40/1… I can’t find
any reason to tip him today but I’ll have a few pennies on myself like I did for
PLUMETTE who placed yesterday. Not really keen on ROBEAMS chances here in
all fairness so follow at own risk. It’s not a tip but might as well share these trackers
and you can make your own mind up on them…
    BANGOR ON DEE
    6.48 - THERAPIST 5/2 - 1 point win
Up another 4b but on a good run at the
moment with two straightforward wins at
Huntingdon and Southwell. Hopefully still too
good for the rest of the field off this mark.
    CARTMEL
Not a massive fan of CARTMEL to be
honest as do not tend to do very well
here but I do fancy a few here today.
Tracker horse PITTSBURG runs in the
4.47 here but lets be honest he does not
seem to be enjoying this jumping spell of
late and even at 14/1 I’m finding it hard
to justify tipping. He was 15 lengths off
the 4th place when 5th at Worcester last
time. I think his best chance today would
    be a place.
    3.05 JELSKI 7/1 and BRANDY
    MCQUEEN 9/1 - 0.5 EW - 4 paid
    Both horses unreliable with BRANDY
MCQUEEN on a long losing streak. WE
have backed Brandy a few times now as
we are starting to see clear signs she
will win a race soon. Heavily backed into
favourite last time she failed to see out
the race at Perth and dropped out of the
places in the final furlong. I’m expecting
a good effort from the front here and a
good price considering she went off at
    4/1 last time.
JELSKI (pictured) has won here 5
times I believe so can never be
discounted for the Moffat team who are simply mustard when it comes to Cartmel.
    4.15 OLIVERS TRAVELS - 10/3 - 1 point win
James Bowen rides this one for his dad but will need to beat his brother Sean on the favourite. A
family affair this one but OLIVERS TRAVELS is preferred at the price and with the yard in
excellent form heading into the race.
    DONCASTER
    2.10 - CONSOLIDATION 9/4 - 1 point win
CONSOLIDATION will be looking for exactly that after disappointing on debut when 6th in a race
that now looks to be quite a hot one with some decent horses emerging from it. After blowing the
start it became evident quickly in running this is a talented horse and he stayed on well to pass a
few rivals near the line. Look out for FIELDS OF GOLD here as the danger for the Gosdens who
are firing in winners this week and debut this £500,000 weapon out of Kingman.
The danger horse FIELD OF GOLD ^^^
    5.05 - STAR START 7/1 - 0.5 EW - 4 paid with
    sky
Not sure how often I’ve seen Oisin Murhpy ride
for Rebecca Menzies? If at all. He takes over
from a claimer on this tracker horse who wasn’t
disgraced when 5th at Pontefract. The
handicapper has the horse 2lbs below his last
winning mark now - he’s a course and distance
winner and the booking of Oisin is a positive sign
that it’s here to run a big race.
    NEWCASTLE
It looks tricky at Newcastle tonight and probably worth exploring the extra places in some of
these big field races. We can’t really do that in VIP today or we will end up with 20 horses.
However we must get involved in the Fillies Group 3 race and there’s one tracker at a nice price
    we will try.
    4.23 BREGUET BOY - 10/1 -0.5 EW - 4 paid sky
Has won here at C&D off a mark of 47, his last win was of a mark of 52, so his price is right here
when considering he runs off 55 today. Arrives off the back of a solid effort in second place at
Chepstow that a repeat of, could well be good enough to win this race.
    6.00 - TIFFANY 9/2 - 1 point win - DARNATION 13/2 - 0.5 Saver 13/2 (4 paid 365)
I think DARNATION is a good value saver on 365 who are paying 4 and 13/2 for here. She’s 11/2
and 3 places paid elsewhere so definite value to be taken on 365 here and she’s arguably
achieved the most out of this line up with her Guineas win in the G2 recently in Germany.
TIFFANY also took the BADEN BADEN route for SIR MICHEAL STOUTE and she picked up a
listed contest in style. We can’t get an EW price here unfortunately so it’s a 9/2 win as we try and
take on the in form Billy Loughrane who is the one we will need to neat today on CHIC
    COLUMBE.
    NEWMARKET
KIERAN SHOEMARK Lucky 15 - 2 points total
He’s riding well this week - the Gosdens seem to be hitting form and Kieran has picked up a few
solid rides from other trainers here at Newmarket. With this being a lucky 15 - it’s a 2 point outlay.
We need 2 winners + to make a profit here…. Do not break the bank on these and tick to the
    advise points outlay.
    YARMOUTH
    1.45 - ANIF 2/1 - 1 point win
ANIF has found form almost out of nowhere and looks to have found a good opportunity to
complete a quick hat trick today at Yarmouth for connections. He’s up another 6lbs but he’s
hardly seen a rival in his last two races.
    Nothing else at Yarmouth today.
    TOTAL POINTS SUGGESTED 9.5
    Good luck everyone!

VIP SATURDAY - LOTS OF RACING - LETS HOPE WE CAN FIND SOME WINNERS!!
    CHESTER
    1.50 - THE FLYING SEAGULL - 5/4 - 1 point win
The Seagull will look to swoop late and make it 3rd time lucky here at Chester. Handily drawn
today but more importantly this rates for a big drop in class back down to C4 from C2. Definitely
the one to beat here in my opinion with proven course form.
(Hugo Palmer with the popular horse - THE FLYING SEAGULL)
    ______________________________________________________________________
    DONCASTER
    5.50 - MUSICKA 20/1 - 0.5 EW - 4 paid
When returning from a break at York, MUSICKA ran an uncharacteristically poor race when 15th
of 20 runners at York. Previous to this we had 3222 across the form in races at this level. We can
get four places for an EW on MUSICKA here to bounce back in a race that only has 10 runners.
Worth a go at this price.
    ______________________________________________________________________
    LINGFIELD - NO BETS
Lingfield on the all weather tonight looks absolutely dire. We have
nothing tracked here and every race is either class 5 or 6.
Anything tipped here would be a complete guess so I’m not
bothering. There’s one horse I will be following because I used to
have a share in her ALPINE GIRL… her photo is still on my
    bedroom wall.
If anyone has any tips / info / strong fancies post up in the chat
    thanks.
    _______________________________________________________________________
    NEWCASTLE
BIG DAY AT NEWCASTLE LETS SEE WHAT WE CAN DO!!!
    1.35 - KINGS LYNN 7/1 0.5 EW - saver - MAGICAL SPIRIT 33/1 - 0.25 EW - 5 paid
KINGS LYNN has to win soon surely of this mark. 2lb lower today - good EW price and more than
capable to get the job done. Bit sick of following him in all honesty but feel like he goes in soon
and breaks the losing streak that will be 17 losses if he can’t get the job done today…
With extra places paid here I’m having a go on my tracker MAGICAL SPIRIT - I had good look at
group fav and multiple winner WOBWOBWOB but prefer the form of MAGICAL SPIRIT and the
price is a bit more attractive.
    Group 3
    2.04 - KINROSS 11/4 - 1 point win
Will keep this one very simple. KINROSS is a G1 horse with future G1 listings running in a G3 race
with handicap level horses. Even if KINROSS is beaten today - the others wouldn’t necessarily run
at G1 level. In terms of ratings the improvement the rest of the horses need to find to get to
KINROSS proven level is significant. It’s his race to lose in my opinion. Should be a lot shorter in
    price.
    NORTHUMBERLAND VASE
    2.35 - MARBUZET 9/1 - 0.5 point EW - saver LEGENDARY DAY 16/1 - 0.25 EW
SKY are the only bookie paying 5 places here. Please try and use them as we are going for
    long shots in this one.
If Hollie Doyle and favourite ALPHONESE LE GRANDE are able to win this plate after taking home
the Chester plate last month, off a mark 8lbs higher - then fair play. This horse is obviously the
form pick and the one to beat in the market but I think it’s a mammoth task off what will practically
be top weight for the race.
The second favourite here is FAYLAQ for the Goldie team - again fair play if this horse breaks hid
32 race LOSING streak today for the biggest race it’s ever been listed in - then I think we have to
just say fair enough again. It’s very hard to make a case for a bet other than the mark is rock
bottom and he ran ok last time out when 3rd…
So we are going to have to go elsewhere and look for a bit of value, especially with Sky paying 5
    places.
I’ve gone through the form of the outsiders and just simply can’t find any credible reason to back
them. All on losing streaks or seem out of their depth. The only one I know well enough to take
any sort of chance with here would be LEGENDARY DAY who is usually mounted by Ryan
Sexton. This horse popped up and won at Southwell the other week under Brian Hughes but this
is a different ball game, different surface. His form on the tapeta is poor so I’m keeping my bets
small for him on this one.
I feel the best chance on form for the EW priced horses is surely MARBUZET. He has multiple
wins over these longer distance flat staying strips. Arrives in fair form with a trio of excellent
efforts at Thirsk, Nottingham and Catterick. Easterby team usually do well at this meet and they
are landing some nice touches this week already.
    NORTHUMBERLAND PLATE
    3.10 - ZOFFEE 10/1 & TASHKAN 10/1 - 0.5 EW
SKY are paying 7 here most 5 in this 20 runner line up…
This is the race any credible tipster will be determined to find the winner in today. 20 horses will
compete for Newcastles richest prize THE NORTHUMBERLAND PLATE and £150,000 for the
    winner.
We have 20 taking part and the first one I’ll mention who we follow is ARTISAN DANCER (0.25
EW if you bet it) - best price is 40/1 (25/1 SKY) as much as I like this horse he placed for us at
50/1 on the 16th of this month at Thirsk - this is a tougher assignment for him… can he sneak into
    the places?
I’m a bit concerned by the 4lb ride for ZOFFEE but it’s hard to see anything but a big run from this
C&D winner who is in brilliant form and connections arrive in high spirits after the win at the
Chester Cup. A big ask to follow up with the plate but hard to see outside the top 7 today.
We had TASHKHAN tipped up last week but he was withdrawn. He makes his tapeta debut which
is not ideal but he was last seen when 3rd in a group 1 in France.. previous to this he ran massive
races in big handicap fields with a Chester win and a Newmarket 3rd. He’s a quality horse and
arguably the most talented in the line up but there’s genuine question marks about his ability on
the surface and that has to be our main concern.
Would talk more about the other prospects in the race but running out of time today I’m afraid.
    4.15 - LOUDAN - 8/1 - 3 paid - 0.5 EW
Tipped this on debut and he was just outside the places. He will come on for the run and
hopefully gets a better start this time round. Really got his act together in the last part of his debut
    - is a well bred winner in waiting. This is a step up in class but most horses including the favs find
themselves up against it for first time in their 2 year old careers.

    NEWMARKET
    LISTED RACE
    2.15 - TALES OF THE HEART 9/2 - 1
    point win
    Saver POUTING 20/1 - 0.25
Although a listed race - these are all lightly
raced two year olds and hard to pin down
how good they all actually are at this point.
The majority of the field arrive on the back
of wins and all step up in class today in an
attempt to bag this £40,000 prize on offer.
Trying to get some info on the horse
POUTING for a potential EW. Expensive
breeze up acquisition for Richard Hughes
that has had two runner up spots so far. A
big price at 20/1 with four places on offer
and I fancy it for the saver here in what
should be a vert competitive race. I’ve
sided with Buicks horse TALES OF THE
HEART but ultimately who ever wins this
should go on to win group races - the
market has no clue who wins this one and
has been changing favourites across bookies and exchanges all morning with ARABIAN DUSK
    currently clear fav at 7/2.
    Group 3
    3.25 - NOBLE DYNASTY 9/4 - 1 point win
Best race of the day at Newmarket and a cracking line up despite it being a small one. No play for
an EW here in my opinion unless you fancy POGO. (We backed and he placed for us LTO - 13/2 is
    best current price)
6 will line up for Criterion stakes and I think it can go the way of NOBLE DYNASTY for the
Appleby team. They are not in the best form when it comes to these big races in the UK at the
moment but with weight in hand on TIBER FLOW today and his form boosted by ENGLISH OAK
winning very nicely at ASCOT - his form has worked out nicely from that visit to this track in May
where he won stylishly. This is a step up for him but he looks the most likely winner and unlike
other Godolphin favourites today - the price is still decent at 9/4.
    4.35 - CANDLE OF DUBAI - 9/4 - 1 point win
We will take on Buick and the fav in this one with CANDLE OF DUBAI. Murphy had a great day
yesterday with a hat trick of winners and some impressive rides and finds himself back in
handicap company for a new extended trip. Can she handle these extra two furlongs and come
out on top over the fav? She is bred to and looks to have plenty in the locker. The fav PRECIOUS
JEWEL has a C&D win that gives er a slight advantage but we did beat her LTO and we are still a
few lbs to the good in the handicap over her. 1 and 2 in the race my opinion.

    WINDSOR
Nothing much to get excited about here - I
have a tracker HAVANA PUSEY running who
is 12/1 in the 4.25. The form reads like a
horror movie but off a workable mark and I
will be having a small go EW for interest
today in the hope of tipping properly in the next
few months with any improvement. The last run
was better than expected after a long break but
not enough to think the horse will win this one
    today.
    3.52 - BELIEVE IN STARS 11/8 - 1 point win
Bit disappointed with the price left on this but I
think BELIEVE IN STARS has a big chance
today and Saffie Osbourne has a chance to
impress Sir Micheal Stoute and land the biggest
prize of the day at Windsor. Main concern for
our selection is race fitness as not been seen
since a second place to BASE NOTE in
September, however we tip in the knowledge
that this horse won fresh of a similar break and
is in the hands of a very shrewd trainer with an
    excellent course record.
    (Saffie with the thumbs up)
    5.32 - BRIAN THE SNAIL 7/2 - 0.5 WIN
A smaller win bet because he’s 10 years old and probably shouldn’t be the favourite here. Poor
value so a bit naughty tipping this one - we are used to big prices with him winning for us at 16/1
last year and just missing out on a place LTO when back on track after a 6 month break with a 5th
at Ripon. I think he will run his race as always and play a part but I cannot help feeling he’s a bit
vulnerable to younger horses in the race. I’ll be tipping this one for free as loads got on him last
time at 16/1. Doesn’t owe us much this horse at this point but it’s not often you see 10 years old
still going on the flat. Fair play to the SNAIL!!!
    TOTAL POINTS SUGGESTED - 10. 5 POINTS

    VIP TUESDAY
I’m not outlaying more than 5 points this mid week as we have CORAL ECLIPSE
festival this weekend and I’d like to do the majority of races for that one will likely be
a 10 point out lay for both days… Friday and Saturday.
We made a nice profit for JUNE after a big loss in May of 28 points. - I’ve not had
full figures back yet but it should be in the region of 30-40 points from looking at my
account. We had a decent Ascot and managed a few a big price winners outside of
it (25/1 and a 16/1) helps massively and despite having a bad run to end the month
I still feel like I’m tipping quite well and I’m enjoying it a lot more than MAY where I
was struggling from a personal perspective a bit. Feel a lot better now and just
looking forward to the racing. We have had 18 second places over the past 10 days
so despite being down in points - I know if
we keep tipping to that standard the results
    will soon go our way.
For anyone that doesn’t want to continue
please message me on what’s app or
@ukracingtips and I will sort your
    cancellation for you.
We have CORAL ECLIPSE festival this
week and then the 3 day July Newmarket
festival that starts on the 11th… Two decent
events to get stuck into properly with top
    class racing.
    STRATFORD 7.40 - OBSESSED WITH YOU 6/1 - 4 paid - 0.5 EW
    (Tracker)
I’m certainly not very obsessed with this horse at the moment. I was convinced this
horse would get his season off to a flyer after a big Cheltenham run (2023) as the
form for it worked out nicely. At this point I think she is the only horse in the top 7 of
that race not to win since. She came close in a class 2 race at Ludlow off a mark off
107 so now found in class 4 company off a mark off 102 - we are dealing with a well
handicapped horse who is down another 1lb. This is a new trip at a longer distance
and she is fair price at 6/1 with 4 places paid on sky (You can get 7/1 elsewhere for
    3 places)
    BRIGHTON 5.00 - COGSWORTH 6/4 - 1 point win
I’ve done a single on COGSWORTH and also done a SMALL 1 POINTS DOUBLE
with fellow hat trick seeking SHAW PARK in the 2.55 (Best price is 11/10 with
    365 but shorter elsewhere)
COGSWORTH has quickly got his act in order since De Sousa has taken over and
looks to be the regular rider for this horse moving forward having been on now the
past 5 rides. There’s been constant improvement since with form reading 74211…
he has been hit with a 6lb penalty for his 2 and half length win here at C&D last
month. This looks a good opportunity to go in again.
    HAMILTON 3.15 - BUBBLES WONKY 8/1 - 0.5 EW - 4 paid SKY
12/1 on 365 and 3 places paid - I’ve taken 4 places at 8/1 on SKY. Great value
either way considering there’s 8 runners - well worth looking for an EW option here
even if you do not fancy BUBBLES WONKY. After a very flat run at Epsom on
handicap debut, he’s found himself in an easier event here and worth another try
despite the Tim Easterby stable struggling for form. A bit more rain (which is
forecasted - would not do us any harm at all)
    HAMILTON 3.45 - CATHERINE CHOI 8/1 - 0.5 EW
Back down in class and back at C&D venue CATHERINE CHOI should find this
race a lot easier today if still maintaining her recent winning form. She’s won 6
times this year and is up 26lbs in the handicap as a result of it. She can still run well
here today and price is right to try her at 8/1 over course specialists JORDANS
ELECTRICS who just sneaked home here again last week for what I think was the
7th time at Hamilton. He bullied his way home last time out doing it all from the
front. It was a great ride from Mulrennan (Who is on today again for Goldie) and
he’s only up another 1lb for that so a big effort will be expected again. You have to
love the manner in what JE won the race here last time as he just didn’t give up
with second place WINTER CROWN 9/2 just going down by half a length and
SACRED FALLS 4/1 only a further 1/2 behind them. Both run here today and are
    dangers off the revised marks.
    LINGFIELD 6.30 - ANISOPTERA 17/2 - 0.5 EW - 3 paid
Despite breaking slowly and needing rousing along - ANISOPTERA was able to get
close when 3rd at this track last month. The winner of that race went into my tracker
and has ran well since with a 2nd place so form slightly boosted for that too. What
really stands out here is the Tom Marquand booking. This horse usually comes off
the pace with a late attempt to get up… he’s eased another 1lb for last months 3rd
place and is only 1lb higher than his last winning mark. Definitely in with a chance
today and will go in sooner rather than later off this handy mark.
    LINGFIELD 9.00 - BIRKENHEAD 6/4 - 1 point win
BIRKENHEAD is running very well and unlucky not to have more than one win to
show from it this year. Since February he’s gone 5335312 in form - picking his win
up at Catterick. He’s been frustrating to watch as getting touched off in other races
off nice prices. He’s short for this one today as it looks a very winnable affair - he’s
not actually the fav here, Rossa Ryans horse is but I wouldn’t be surprised to see
that change towards the off - we have Oisin Murphy booked for the ride here rather
    than usual rider Denis Nolan.
TOTAL POINTS - 5 (including Bath double)

    VIP WEDNESDAY
Never seen this happen before but due to a rights/media issue Flutters (parent company for
Paddy/Sky) have refused to put up odds today for Bath… I think this is something to do with
media rights but I’m not sure. Either way not good for racing and not good for the small track. If
you fancy a bet at Bath today you will have to take odds outside of those bookies. I’m not that
keen on anything at Bath tonight so happy to leave it personally and focus on the other
    meetings…
    EPSOM DOWNS 8.30 - ANGEL ON HIGH 8/1 - 1 point EW
ANGEL ON HIGH was never far away at Windsor finishing half a length of the winner. She has
been going closer with each run and as 3 solid place efforts leading into this race but will race
today off an unchanged mark. Billy Loughrane has been booked for this evenings ride. 4 places
on offer with most bookies here and a good value EW bet. We will need the horse to go forward
and run prominently to have a chance tonight so despite this being a 1m 4 furlong race - we still
need a good start out of the stalls to ensure a good position.
    THIRSK 2.15 - AMERICAN STYLE 6/5
AMERICAN STYLE out ran odds of 40/1 when touched off by a neck by PENTLE BAY on second
career run. This novices race might produce an upset, it’s hard to gauge many of these unraced
and unexposed types but we can assume the form of AMERICAN STYLES race is pretty handy.
PENTLE BAY went straight into listed company at Ascot running out of his skin to finish 2nd
place. If that run from AMERICAN STYLE wasn’t a fluke in behind PENTLE BAY then it suggests a
novice of this standard is well within the grasp.
    THIRSK 3.15 - THE REVEREND 11/8
Marquand is booked for the ride here on THE REVEREND whose debut was impressive
especially when considering it was done on heavy ground in a class 4. This is a step up in trip for
the Haggas horse (should be no issue as he’s out of LOPE DE VEGA) but a drop down in class.
THUNDER RUN looks a big danger - he has a nice profile and entitled to improve for debut.
Haggas is in good form (27% strike over last 14 days) - main concern here is the long time off..
    MUSSELBURGH 4.40 - KNIGHTS AFFAIR 11/10
This horse has improved with every race this year but still hasn’t found himself in the winners
enclosure. This looks a good opportunity to go in. He’s hit the bar now at Catterick and
Doncaster. This Musselburgh race looks a lot easier and it’s hard to fault his recent runs just ran
into one better on the day.
    TOTAL POINTS SUGGESTED - 4
